I have a tpms light on for my front driver side. will this read the possibly faulty sensor and program a new one if need be?
It will read the data from the sensor if it is working: if it can't read anything, you know it is the sensor and not a problem with the car's receiver. It will trigger the TPMS to send data for those cars which have a learning sequence for what sensors are where -- typically (always?) starting LF and proceeding clockwise. It will not program a sensor (not usually needed), nor will it input data through the OBD port for those cars requiring that. What is required to program the car according to the owners manual. Without that info, or at least the year and make of your car, I can't tell you whether this will work for you or not. If you haven't already read the reviews, you should do so. Your model car will probably be mentioned.
Edit: Just checked the tool and it describes the procedure for each vehicle. 350Z requires a tool with OBDII connection to load the ID's.

I'm looking to do one thing... after rotating the tires can i reassign the locations with this tool? thanks
It depends on your vehicle. If you have a vehicle which can be put into relearn mode, this will trigger the sensors to send signal and do the relearn. GM cars are an example of this type.
There are vehicles that require the ID of the sensors to be sent to the vehicle via the OBDII connector and this tool won't do that.

2013 Audi 4, does this model work on a 2013 Audi A4?
Yes, it can be supported, you only need to download VW vehicle software from Diaglink to scan your car.

Do you know what changed in soft v 3.20?
It added the Euro and US market vehicles together, besides the normal update.
from 51 cars in selection to 62.
There is a Market option in settings now
MX Sensor version is at 5.10
Some vehicles are updated to 2017
Appears key fob test and MX Sensor programing are still there.

Hello. will this tool work for hyundai entourage 2007.
This tool only reads data from the TPMS sensors in the wheels.
Focalobd answered on February 4, 2018
How does this communicate with the car's TMPS control to learn a new set of sensors?
You have to initiate learn mode on the vehicle either with a scan tool or through the on board computer. This tool just pulls the sensor ids and triggers the sensors

All that comply to OBD2

This is my obd code scanner. No bi-directional ability but it is more then I need to get information from ECU. Tested on all american car brand , Japanese car, and Mercedes Benz.

it's probably more than you'll ever need

I found this to be a very good scanner, especially for the price. The most important parameters pop up on the first screen, and navigation is intuitive through the menu.
